Ricotta and Pasta Making

Join us in making a simple meal! We have been practicing the art of making pasta and ricotta with ingredients from local suppliers! We want to share the fun!

The class will run three hours. Where we will go through the steps of making a simple egg and flour pasta dough with tools you most likely already have at home! A rolling pin and pizza cutter. Oh, and of course, our hands! Then we will move on to ricotta, with just a stock pot and a spoon! Cooking and eating both products at the end! You will also go home with enough of each for another meal.

The cost for the class is $30. This includes a recipe and food to take home with you at the end. Total due to secure your spot by March 5.

There is an option to buy a rolling pin and a pizza cutter if you want for an additional cost of $25 dollars. Please let us know with sign-up.
